CEO / Managing Partner
Martin Eberhardt FRICS
Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) as well as a degree in Real Estate Economics from the European Business School (EBS).
He has held managing director and executive-level positions in the real estate investment industry since 2000, including leadership roles at Colliers Grossmann & Berger, Union Investment Institutional Property, Bouwfonds IM (Rabobank Group), Corpus Sireo / Swiss Life KVG, and Corestate Capital / Hannover Leasing.
His experience also includes extensive work in corporate real estate, where he served as project manager for Daimler-Benz Real Estate and later oversaw the entire real estate asset management at Deutsche Telekom.
Beyond his executive roles, Martin has served in several honorary positions within leading industry associations, including as Chairman of the Board of RICS Germany (2013–2020), member of the RICS Governing Council in London (2020–2023), member of the presidium of the German Property Federation (ZIA, 2015–2020), and board member of CoreNet Global at both the German and European levels (1996–2005).

Prof. Dr. Thomas Glatte
Thomas is an experienced real estate executive and professor of real estate management.
After starting his career as a construction manager for the Philipp Holzmann Group in Thailand and India, he joined BASF in 1998, where he advanced into corporate real estate management. From 2005 to 2022, he served as Director Global Real Estate, overseeing the BASF Group’s worldwide real estate activities.
His previous work at the BASF pension fund also gives him a clear understanding of the needs of institutional investors.
In addition to his corporate career, Thomas has held a professorship in Real Estate Economics at Hochschule Fresenius in Heidelberg since 2019, focusing on sustainable real estate investments, project development, and real estate & facility management.
He has been actively engaged in leading industry associations, including serving on the board of CoreNet Global since 2008 and as a member of the DGNB Real Estate Advisory Board since 2017.
Since 2022, Thomas has been the CEO of a mid-sized corporate group that manages its own real estate portfolios and provides integrated real estate services across Germany.

Dr. Inez de Greef
Inez is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 3D-PharmXchange and serves as CEO of the biotechnology company Treeway.
As a strategic leader in the life sciences sector, she has built her career at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Prior to founding 3D-PharmXchange in 2010, she held roles at Tibotec-Virco (now Johnson & Johnson) and Kinesis Pharma, gaining extensive experience in drug development and translational research.
Since 2013, Inez has also led Treeway, advancing novel therapies for neurodegenerative diseases with a primary focus on ALS and Alzheimer’s. In this capacity she combines visionary leadership with a strong translational mindset, fostering collaboration between science, investors, and industry to accelerate meaningful impact for patients.
She brings a deep understanding of the entire life-science innovation lifecycle, from early research to commercialization. Inez is a Fellow of the Netherlands Academy of Engineering and contributes her expertise across several advisory and strategic boards.

Dr. Thomas Diefenthal
Thomas holds a degree in Biology with a specialization in genetics from the University of Cologne and received his PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research. After serving as project manager and research coordinator at the Weißheim research division in collaboration with the Carlsberg Research Laboratory in Copenhagen, he became Managing Partner of Maltagen Forschungs GmbH from 1994 to 1999.
Since 1999, Thomas has been Managing Director of BioPark Regensburg GmbH, where he has overseen the development of one of Bavaria’s largest biotech innovation and start-up centers. Built in three phases on the university campus, the BioPark now comprises 18,000 square meters with 37 tenants and 683 employees. He also coordinates the BioRegio Regensburg cluster in Eastern Bavaria, certified with the European Cluster Excellence Label in Silver and currently encompassing 66 life-science companies with approx. 5.500 employees.
Thomas has been deeply involved in the national innovation ecosystem and served for many years as Vice President of the German Association of Innovation, Technology, and Start-Up Centers.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Pfnür
Andreas is Head of the Real Estate and Construction Management Department at the Faculty of Law and Economics at Technical University Darmstadt.
He serves on the board of the German Institute for Real Estate Economics, is a board member of BPPP e.V. Network Infrastructure Management, and a member of the International Scientific Advisory Board of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
He regularly advises corporations, government entities, and industry associations on strategic real estate matters. His current research focuses on corporate real estate management—particularly within the life science sector—real estate project development, investment management, and the broader transformation of the real estate industry.

Dr. Michael Jani
Michael is a seasoned real estate lawyer with a strong focus on investment structures for institutional clients. After studying law at the Universities of Kiel and Guildford/Surrey (UK), he has dedicated his career to real estate law since 1995.
As Of Counsel at GSK Stockmann, he combines deep legal expertise with a practical understanding of transactions, project development, fund structuring, and the regulatory aspects of real estate investments.
Michael and Martin have worked together successfully on numerous investment-related projects and transactions.

Director Finance & Operations (a.i.)
Marc Steinhardt
Marc, a graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann), brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the real estate sector. At Grossmann & Berger, he played a key role in building the commercial division and significantly increased profitability in the residential property segment through a decentralized sales structure.
He later assumed responsibility for financial management, investment decisions, and the implementation of digitalization and change processes.
Since 2025, Marc has been serving as Director Finance & Operations (ad interim) at Helix alpha, where he contributes his expertise in finance, controlling, and process optimization.
Marc and Martin previously worked together successfully at Grossmann & Berger.

Fund Management
Patrick Knefel
Patrick has a decade of experience in institutional real estate investment. His career includes positions at BEOS (a member of Swiss Life Asset Managers), Ernst & Young, Wüest Partner, and PwC.
Since 2020, he has managed and analyzed several real estate funds, contributing significantly to both a fund extension and the launch of a new vehicle.
Patrick holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and is certified as a Real Estate Investment Advisor by EBS Business School.
Since 2025, he has been working independently, advising leading companies on fund planning and management as well as real estate valuation.

Asset Management
Prof. Dr. Christian Simanek MRICS
Christian shows more than 25 years of professional experience in asset and rental management.
He worked as Managing Director of Wealthcap Real Estate Management GmbH (UniCredit/ HypoVereinsbank), Head of Asset Management Division Wealthcap KVG (Asset Management, Rental Management, Technical Management, ESG, Asset Management Data & Services); Executive Director Asset Management and Head of Leasing Europe at UBS Real Estate & Private Markets; Head of Leasing at Ampega (formerly Gerling Group); Senior Negotiator at JLL.
He is currently the founder and owner of Simanek & Partners.
Christian shows expertise in life science real estate.

Underwriting & Valuation
Marvin Reichert
Marvin is Co-Founder of BlueHill Estate Group and serves as a lecturer in Mathematics for Finance and Real Estate Investment Management at TH Aschaffenburg.
Through BlueHill’s advisory business, he has supported leading firms such as Ernst and Young, AXA IM, and NTT Data as an external consultant.
Until August 2019, Marvin worked at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the acquisition and management of individual properties, real estate portfolios, and investments in real estate operating companies across Germany and Eastern Europe.
Prior to that, he was part of the Asset Management team at Tishman Speyer in Frankfurt while also supporting the Acquisitions & Development department. His professional background include roles at Deutsche Bank and Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity), an international private equity firm.

Marketing & Social Media
Sophie Emilia Eberhardt
Sophie completed her banking apprenticeship at Commerzbank AG in Hamburg before pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
As working student she gained experience in Strategic Product Development at Patrizia SE in Augsburg, focusing on real assets, and through internships at ECE in Hamburg and the marketing department of Hamburg Airport.
Today, she contributes her expertise in marketing and social media to our company.
