Managing Partner
Martin Eberhardt FRICS
Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann), as well as a degree in Real Estate Economics from the European Business School (ebs).
He has held managing director and executive-level positions in the real estate investment industry since 2000, including leadership roles at Colliers Grossmann & Berger, Union Investment Institutional Property, Bouwfonds IM (Rabobank Group), Corpus Sireo / Swiss Life KVG, and Corestate Capital / Hannover Leasing.
His experience includes extensive work in corporate real estate, serving as a project manager for Daimler-Benz Real Estate and later taking responsibility for the real estate asset management of Deutsche Telekom.
In addition to his executive career, Martin has held several honorary positions in leading industry associations. He served as Chairman of the Board of RICS Germany (2013–2020), was a member of the RICS Governing Council in London (2020–2023), held a seat in the presidium of the German Property Federation (ZIA) from 2015 to 2020, and was an active board member of CoreNet Global at both the German and European levels (1996–2005).

Prof. Dr. Thomas Glatte
Thomas studied Civil Engineering. After working as a construction manager at the Philipp Holzmann Group in Thailand and India, Thomas moved to BASF's real estate management in 1998. As Director Global Real Estate, Mr. Glatte led the BASF Group's real estate management worldwide from 2005 to 2022.
Since 2019, he has also been Professor of Real Estate Economics at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg with a focus on sustainable real estate investment, project development and real estate & facility management.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of CoreNet Global since 2008 and a member of the DGNB's Real Estate Advisory Board since 2017.
Since 2022, he has been CEO of a medium-sized group of companies, which acts as a manager of its own portfolios but also as a holistic service provider for real estate throughout Germany.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Pfnür FRICS
Andreas is head of the Department of Real Estate Economics and Construction Management at the Faculty of Law and Economics at theTechnical University of Darmstadt.
He is a member of the boards of the Institute of the German Real Estate Industry and the BPPP e.V. Network Infrastructure Management, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the International Scientific Advisory Board of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
He regularly advises companies, the German federal government and associations on real estate issues.
His current research focuses on the fields of "Corporate Real Estate Management" and in particular in the Life Science sector, "Real Estate Project Development", "Real Estate Investment Management" and the "Transformation of the Real Estate Industry".

Dr. Thomas Diefenthal
Thomas is Managing Director of BioPark Regensburg GmbH, a technology center for life sciences and healthcare on the university campus in Regensburg. The 18,000 square meter facility currently houses 37 tenants and 683 employees, ranging from start-ups to publicly listed US companies.
He also coordinates the certified BioRegio Regensburg cluster, which currently has 66 life science companies and 5,671 employees.
He is a juror in the Northern Bavaria and Munich business plan competitions and is Vice President of the Federal Association of German Innovation, Technology, and Business Incubators (BDI) in Berlin.
Thomas studied genetics in Cologne and received his doctorate from the Max Planck Institute there. He was a project manager and coordinator in a medium-sized company in cooperation with the Carlsberg Research Laboratory in Copenhagen before founding Maltagen Forschung GmbH as Managing Partner.

Dominique Dudan FRICS
Dominique is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). For many years she plays an active role within RICS France. She was awarded the "Chevalier de l´Ordre National du Mérit".
She is an absolute expert in the field of investment management in France and has a unique network.
She has spent a large part of her career in the management of regulated funds, as for
- Union Investment,
- HSBC REIM &
- BNP Paribas REIM.
She began her career with the Accor Group as Development Director for Accor Casinos and then Accor Hotels.
Dominique was Chairman of Union Investment Real Estate for the last five years before joining LBO France as Senior Advisor.
She is also an independent director of the listed property company Gecina and Mercialys.

Asset Management
Prof. Dr. Christian Simanek MRICS
Christian shows more than 25 years of professional experience in asset and rental management.
He worked as Managing Director of Wealthcap Real Estate Management GmbH (UniCredit/ HypoVereinsbank), Head of Asset Management Division Wealthcap KVG (Asset Management, Rental Management, Technical Management, ESG, Asset Management Data & Services); Executive Director Asset Management and Head of Leasing Europe at UBS Real Estate & Private Markets; Head of Leasing at Ampega (formerly Gerling Group); Senior Negotiator at JLL.
He is currently the founder and owner of Simanek & Partners.
Christian shows expertise in life science real estate.

Underwriting & Valuation
Marvin Reichert
Marvin is Co-Founder of BlueHill Estate Group and serves as a lecturer in Mathematics for Finance and Real Estate Investment Management at TH Aschaffenburg.
Through BlueHill’s advisory business, he has supported leading firms such as Ernst and Young, AXA IM, and NTT Data as an external consultant.
Until August 2019, Marvin worked at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the acquisition and management of individual properties, real estate portfolios, and investments in real estate operating companies across Germany and Eastern Europe.
Prior to that, he was part of the Asset Management team at Tishman Speyer in Frankfurt while also supporting the Acquisitions & Development department. His professional background include roles at Deutsche Bank and Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity), an international private equity firm.
