We are truly excited to share a major milestone for HELIX alpha. We have appointed an exceptional, interdisciplinary Advisory Board - an important step in strengthening our company’s development and our ability to navigate the young and complex asset class of life science real estate. We welcome four outstanding experts as voting members of our Investment & Risk Committee:
Prof. Dr. Thomas Glatte – Chair of the board, real estate leader with two decades of global life-science experience at BASF.
Inez de Greef-van der Sandt (PhD)– Life science entrepreneur and biotechnology executive, contributing deep insight into research, drug development, and innovation.
Dr. Thomas Diefenthal – Managing Director of BioPark Regensburg, bringing extensive knowledge of European life science parks, clusters, and sector trends.
Andreas Pfnür – Renowned real estate Professor & Economist from TU Darmstadt with strong links to leading pharmaceutical companies.
Their expertise will play a key role in shaping investment policy and reviewing all major acquisition decisions. As we continue to build a European portfolio across leading life science clusters, this Advisory Board provides exactly the depth of sector, regulatory, and scientific understanding required for long-term performance.
